Promise Hotel, Istanbul

Although the rooms need refurbishment, the hotel is strategically located for independent travelers like me. The rooms were small and not so clean, as I noticed the bathroom shelf and cup were no longer on the wall after just one night. On the bright side, the service was extremely friendly and helpful, especially from receptionists Jasmin, Fesikh, and Dima, as well as the cleaning staff. The location is very convenient, being close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Caddesi, perfect for exploring the city. However, I did encounter some rude staff members during my stay. In terms of dining, the options were limited with only fruits available. The facilities were decent overall, but some areas could use improvement.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch, keeping everything in top shape. Although the original price might be a bit high, the deal I got made it a great value for the quality.

The facility is conveniently located between metro stations and close to the Bosphorus, offering easy access to transportation and sightseeing.
